We provide friendly, structured companionship visits to individuals who may feel lonely or socially isolated. Our service offers conversation, walks, companionship, emotional reassurance, and consistent presence in a safe place and respectful manner

We guide individuals toward local services, resources, and organisations that can meet their specific needs. Whether it’s housing advice, wellbeing services, or information guidance, we help simplify the process.

Supporting households with essential supplies.
Our community pantry provides access to food staples and basic household essentials for individuals and families facing hardship. We operate with dignity, respect, and community care at the centre of everything we do by providing food staples, toiletries and household essentials to those in need and at subsidized rates to low income families
